I've just made a large pot of minestrone soup......very healthy (lots of fresh veggies) plus beans and pasta too. Loads of flavour after you've added freshly grated parmesan cheese and swill it down with a glass of red.

I have had my first 'lunch' today since 9th Jan.

Last day of my cleanse (The Clean 9) and lost 11 lbs since I weighed myself on the 10th. It has not been easy but it has worked. Now the hard work continues to maintain for a few days and then lose more.

No i weighed last Sunday the 3rd sorry. Then this morning. I fucked up the dates.

Not had chocolate, sweets, crisps, beer or even a coffee since. It has been tough.
